1. Will I lose control or do weird stuff?
Nope. You’re totally aware and in control the whole time.
It’s not like stage show hypnosis. You can’t be made to do anything you don’t want to. You’re just super relaxed and focused, like in a deep meditative state.
2. Can it go wrong?
Nope — not the way I do it. You’re in control the whole time. Hypnosis is a natural state your brain already knows (like being super focused or in flow), and we’re just using it intentionally to support your goals. It’s safe, backed by science, and not mind control.
3. What if it doesn't help me change?
Totally fair question. This is the interesting thing: hypnosis isn’t about forcing change, rather it’s about giving you access to the part of your brain that actually has been driving your behavior and change it right there, at the root in your subconscious.
