I’m Charlotte, productivity partner and founder of the We Get It Done program. An ambitious woman like you!

Over the past 15 years I've worked internationally as an independent consultant and project manager in a variety of industries, leading teams of up to 40 people. To overcome overwhelm, stay focused, and achieve my goals, I’ve researched and tried countless programs, methods and hacks. 

I’ve developed a proven method that combines science-backed strategies with real-world application. Zero-fluff and not taking more time than needed to get to where you want to be (must be my Dutch genes ;) while enjoying the ride.

We Get It Done is designed to fit into your life, not add to your stress. We learn by doing, not by listening or getting homework. So from day 1, you’ll be applying the best practices in your routine. We offer you the tools and ways to succeed, you pick what you feel you need.

What will it look 
like time-wise? 



We start with a guided focus session on Monday, Wednesday & Friday in the morning to get the most dreadful tasks out of your way and set the tone for the rest of your day. 

Weekly planning sessions on Fridays help you plan and review to optimize your productivity. 

And the best thing is: you're directly applying the best practices, neuroscience and lessons learned thanks to the Done With You set-up. 
 
 

What are the exact times of the focus hours?

Your time zone determines the exact hours of the morning focus hours. 
What they have in common is that they set you up for success and you tackle your most dreadful task before others had breakfast!

How soon can I 
expect results?

Most participants notice improvements in their focus and stress levels within the first week already. To be part of a productive community and learn by doing just works wonders and we love it! The more you engage with the program, the quicker you’ll see results.

Before I worked with Charlotte I worked more ad hoc. I did not really work with a plan, which wasn't very efficient. I experienced chaos working in my business.
It is so important to focus on what really matters, and to do it in the most efficient way. So I was very happy we learned how to use Trello as a tool to plan my activities. I now use it for my daily, weekly, monthly and year goals. And also for my content strategy.
